Dr. Hisrich
Dr. Hisrich is Vice President of Marketing at AnalyzeMyCareer. He occupies the A. Malachi Mixon III Chair in Entrepreneurial Studies and is Professor of Marketing and Policy Studies at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to assuming such positions, he occupied the Bovaird Chair of Entrepreneurial Studies and Private Enterprise and was Professor of Marketing at the College of Business Administration for the University of Tulsa.
He is also a marketing and management consultant. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bovaird Supply Company, Jameson Inn, Inc., and Noteworthy Medical Systems, Inc., a member of the Editorial Boards of the Journal of Venturing and the Journal of Small Business Management, and a member of the Board of Directors of Enterprise Development, Inc.
Dr. Hisrich received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Science from DePaul University and his Master of Business Administration Degree (Marketing) and Ph.D. in Business Administration (Marketing, Finance, and Quantitative Methods) from the University of Cincinnati.

Mr. Seamus Lankford has an Honours degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from University College Cork. He is a Director of AnalyzeMyCareer.com and is solely responsible for developing new business relationships. He is also in charge of marketing and promoting services and products developed by the careers’ portal AnalyzeMyCareer.com.
His experience includes working in the Computer Communications Division of the European Space Agency in the Netherlands and several years’ software development in the Cellular Infrastructure Group of Motorola Coroporation. He also lectures in Computer Systems at the Cork Institute of Technology.

Dr. Charles Lankford runs a highly successful consultancy practice, "Lankford Guidance and Counselling Bureau" in Cork city. He specialises in providing career guidance counselling services to those who seek professional advise when deciding upon which career routes to take. Through his consultancy practice, he has extensive experience in the area of providing psychometric and psychology services.
A practising Careers Guidance Counsellor in a Secondary School for over 18 years, he is also the author of the critically acclaimed "The Interview Challenge" and "The Making of the Entrepreneur". He has been a regular of contributor career related newspaper articles to Job News, Dublin.
He has had 4 years experience as the President of Young Enterprise Europe and was the Chief Executive of Young Enterprise Ireland for 10 years.
